Benedictine Health System is a Catholic, mission-based, non-profit health system headquartered in Minnesota, that provides independent living and complete long-term care services for aging adults, including assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

Company History
SERVICE ROOTED IN FAITH
Participating communities in Benedictine Health System can be found in Minnesota, North Dakota, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Illinois. Benedictine is a mission-based, nonprofit health system headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, sponsored by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Scholastica Monastery in Duluth. Through our communities, we provide exceptional Catholic senior care, with independent living and complete long-term care services for aging adults, including assisted living, memory care and rehabilitation.
OUR GUIDING FORCE
Based on the Gospel and Chapter 36 of the Rule of St. Benedict, our Mission and Core Values – Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice – inform our decisions and influence our operations. Through the quality Catholic senior care our compassionate staff provides, the Benedictine Health System enhances lives in all the communities we serve.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Benedictine Health System is a Catholic, faith-based organization entrusted with advancing the life-enhancing senior care ministry of the Benedictine sisters of Duluth, Minnesota.
We witness to God’s love by creating compassionate communities providing support to those we serve to live fully and live well with special concern for the underserved and those in need.
