Description
Hospice of Douglas County is accepting applications for a Full-Time Exempt Hospice Supervisor. This position is responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, management, and supervision of all hospice services, programs, and activities. Responsibilities include supervising hospice employees and volunteers, as well as providing oversight of contracted service providers.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing required, and considerable hospice experience (3-5 years), preferably including hospice supervision, OR Associates degree in nursing and extensive hospice experience (6+ years), preferably including hospice supervision.
The successful candidate must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. A valid Minnesota drivers license and reliable, insured transportation are required.
The starting salary for this exempt level position is $89,273.60 annually.
