Description
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Provide executive oversight for the operations of multiple SNF campuses, noting potential for future multistate expansion.
- Lead campus Administrators and Director of SNF Admissions to meet and exceed quality, occupancy, financial, and regulatory goals.
Financial & Business Management
- Oversee development and management of operational and capital budgets for each SNF.
- Monitor and improve PDPM reimbursement, staffing cost alignment, and financial performance.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Improvement
- Ensure compliance with all State of Minnesota and Federal CMS regulations, inclusive of OBRA, Life Safety Code, and F-Tag standards.
- Accountable to ensure excellence in QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement), PIPPs, CMS 5-Star optimization, and Minnesota Quality Indicator Report initiatives and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Talent & Culture Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing campus leadership teams.
- Guide labor union negotiations and contract implementation where applicable.
Clinical & Customer Experience Excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure quality and safety of resident care.
- Partner closely with hospitals and care partners to support smooth transitions of care, optimize length of stay, and improve outcomes for post-acute patients.
Promotes and participates in Employee Engagement
- Establishes and promotes good working relationships.
- Adheres to Corporate HR Policy and administers them fairly.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. LTC Administration, Management, Human Services, Nursing or related
- 7 years of progressive SNF Operations leadership experience
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) by BELTSS or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board upon hire.
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, MHA or related
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
